OneZoro is a marketplace that allows users to list, buy, and sell game accounts. We do not own, control, or verify the accuracy, legality, or quality of any accounts listed by users. All transactions occur strictly between the buyer and the seller.

3. Account Listings

• Sellers are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information about the listed account.
• Misleading, false, or deceptive listings may result in account suspension or permanent banning.
• Sellers must remove or mark accounts as sold immediately after a successful transaction.

4. Payments and Fees

• Buyers agree to pay the listed price, including any applicable service or transaction fees.
• All payments are handled through OneZoro’s secure system.
• Seller funds are held securely and remain frozen until the buyer confirms successful delivery.
• All sales are considered final unless the account is not delivered as described.

5. Seller Platform Fee

• A flat 5% selling fee is charged on every successful transaction.
• This fee is automatically deducted from the total sale amount.
• The remaining 95% is credited to the seller’s OneZoro wallet after confirmation.
• The platform fee covers secure payment processing, platform maintenance, and buyer protection.
• By listing an account on OneZoro, sellers agree to this fee structure.

6. Delivery and Verification

• Sellers must deliver the full and correct account credentials exactly as described in the listing.
• Buyers are responsible for verifying the account immediately after receiving the credentials.
• The seller’s funds remain frozen until the buyer confirms successful delivery.
• Once delivery is confirmed, funds are released to the seller’s wallet.
• Disputes must be reported within 24–48 hours of account delivery.
• If the buyer does not respond within the verification period, the transaction may be automatically marked as completed.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use fake identities or impersonate any individual or entity.
• Engage in fraud, scams, or deceptive practices.
• Sell hacked, stolen, or unauthorized accounts.
• Violate any game publisher’s rules or terms regarding account sales.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute:

• Contact our support team within 48 hours via [email protected].
• Provide valid evidence such as screenshots, logs, or chat records.
• OneZoro will review the case and make a final decision at its sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

OneZoro is not responsible for:

• Game bans, suspensions, or penalties after account transfer.
• Losses caused by weak account security or password changes.
• Issues resulting from communication or transactions outside the OneZoro platform.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in activities harmful to the platform or its users.
